Cancellation & Refund Policies

Please read before ordering any reading services.

Appointment Policy For Services Provided By Rev. Sister Jacqueline dba Tarot by Jacqueline

 

Life is uncertain and constantly changing. Sometimes even the best laid plans need to be changed. Just like any other professional who provides you services, it is important that you keep your appointments. I respect your time you requested, and, it is with respect that I provide my refund and cancellation policy, so that you have full knowledge of my professional services.

 

With this understanding in mind:

 

For any reason (illness or personal), if I am not available or able to do your reading, I will contact you and offer an alternate time. If this is not an option, I will give a complete and total refund to you. You will then have to re-book through the scheduling system online.

If you are unable to keep our scheduled appointment, for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule within a 24 hour period before your reading appointment time. I will be happy to reschedule our appointment to a time that is more convenient, whenever you feel it is necessary, no matter what the circumstance is, with at least a 24 hour notification that you need to provide for rescheduling. This is not available with our Early Bird or Night Owl reading specials.

There is a $10.00* refund for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

If you choose to cancel our appointment and request a refund, $10.00 will be refunded to you. The monies will be refunded to you through PayPal, the company that processes all my Internet transactions.

* NEW As of 11/2022 – Refunds are NOT available for the Early Bird and Night Owl reading specials because a discount is already built into the price. In addition, there is no rescheduling or rebooking for the Early Bird and Night Owl reading specials so be aware of your time when you order.

Appointment Policy For Phone Services

(Tarot Readings & Spell Casting Consultations)

You must read your “Confirmation” e-mail and check that the telephone number you provided me is correct. Sometimes people have PayPal accounts with old information on them, and that may be the information transmitted to me.

* I will call you for our scheduled phone appointments.

* I will call at your appointment time, and if this service is available, I will leave a voice mail message if you do not pick up. If text services are available, I will then text you immediately after leaving the voicemail.

* I will wait 15 minutes for you to return my call.

* I will text you upon leaving you a voicemail (if possible). If text services are available, I will then text you as a secondary point of reminder of your pending missed appointment. My third attempt to contact you is through an e-mail reminder. To be clear:

1.)  I will leave one voicemail.

2.) I will text you once (if this service is possible)

3.) I will leave one e-mail.

 

If I have not heard back from you within the 15 minutes, I will consider the scheduled phone appointment a missed appointment. Your appointment time is then considered “missed”. I will then send an e-mail and process your partial refund at that point. Once a partial refund has been processed, a truncated, or shortened reading cannot be conducted as there is not sufficient time to give you proper due of a reading.

There are no full refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

NOTE: I use my cell phone to call you, so I have a paper record in the form of a bill to validate my attempt to call you in the event that a dispute arises.
