Cancellation & Refund Policies

Appointment Policy For Services Provided By Rev. Sister Jacqueline dba Tarot by Jacqueline


Life is uncertain and constantly changing. Sometimes even the best laid plans need to be changed. Just like any other professional who provides you services, it is important that you keep your appointments. I respect your time you requested, and, it is with respect that I provide my refund and cancellation policy, so that you have full knowledge of my professional services.


With this understanding in mind:


For any reason (illness or personal), if I am not available or able to do your reading, I will give a refund to you minus the PayPal transaction fee ($3.00 see below). You will then have to re-book through the scheduling system online.

If you are unable to keep our scheduled appointment, for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I will be happy to reschedule our appointment to a time that is more convenient, whenever you feel it is necessary, no matter what the circumstance is, with at least a 24 hour notification that you need to reschedule.

There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

If you choose to cancel our appointment and request a refund, a 24 hour notice is required to receive a full refund or a partial refund of $7.00 (which includes the transaction fee) will be sent to you. The monies will be refunded to you through PayPal, the company that processes all my Internet transactions.

NEW As of 04/01/2019 – Any refund, regardless of cause, will incur a $3.00 transaction fee to offset PayPal’s fee charged to me. There is no exceptions to this fee.


Appointment Policy For Phone Services

(Tarot Readings & Spell Casting Consultations)

You must read your “Confirmation” e-mail and provide me with a telephone number that you want me to call you on.

I will call you for our scheduled phone appointments.

I will call at your appointment time, and if this service is available, I will leave a voice mail message. As a reminder, I will also send an e-mail of your pending missed appointment.

I wait then 15 minutes for you to return my call.

If I have not heard back from you within the 15 minutes, I will consider the scheduled phone appointment a missed appointment. Your appointment time is then considered “missed”.

There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

NOTE: I use my cell phone to call you, so I have a paper record in the form of a bill to validate my attempt to call you.


Appointment Policy For In-Person Services

(Tarot Readings or Spell Casting Consultations)

You must read the “Confirmation” e-mail that I send you. Directions are contained within the e-mail.

It is important that you allow enough traveling time to arrive at your appointment time

I will wait 15 minutes for your arrival.

If during that time I have not heard from you, I will consider the scheduled appointment a missed appointment.

There are no refunds for missed appointments. There are no exceptions.

If you do show up late without notification, regardless of your arrival time you will be charged and responsible for the full session fee. There are no exceptions.
